The JW Insight Sand Perches are designed for small size birds including Parakeets and Cockatiels. A proper perch should have varying diameters along its length as birds need different diameters to exercise the muscles of their feet. The Insight Sand Perch provides this with varied widths to resemble a bird's natural habitat. The sand coating provides a natural feel and a rough texture provides an excellent surface for the normal wear of bird's nails and helps prevent sore feet. This perch is easily attached to the side of the cage with it's unique securing nut. Assorted colours only.
