Add a 3rd party live chat feature add-on on your Straightsell website to enable customers to directly communicate with your staff.
To enable a Live Chat feature on your website just supply the embed code from any 3rd party live chat supplier. Examples of 3rd party providers that Straightsell and our customers use are: Zoho SalesIQ (us!), tawk.to, LiveChat and Zendesk.
